A few years ago Nancy decided to start a Bed & Breakfast on the farm at the family's farm house.  Built 100 years before the Civil War, the house boasts 13 rooms and four stories including the basement and attic.  The house built in 1770 and was originally the home of Isaac Millar, a prominent officer during the Revolutionary War, businessman, and civic leader and is one of the oldest houses in Hampshire County.  A lot of work has gone into keeping the house well maintained over the years and it is quite a treat for those interested in antiques and memorabilia of years long since gone.  We can accommodate a family, a couple, or two couples traveling together.  There are many things to do and see on the farm such as fishing, hiking, bike riding, canoeing or just enjoying a relaxing sit on the shaded front porch.  All this right here on the 700 acre farm.  Call for rates and other information.

This is one of the guest bedrooms at the Arnold Farm Bed and Breakfast.  It is an upstairs room with a window facing the farming ground......very cozy and quiet.

Here is another room available for guests.  This room has a window facing the road and is a favorite among the previous guests.

The picture to the left shows the beautiful pine steps leading up to the guest rooms.  They  are lined with different kinds of jugs from many years ago.

This rock chimney in the picture to the right is located in the kitchen and was rebuilt in the 1980's.  The two stones were found when digging out for the septic system.  The one on the left is a grinding stone and the other is an actual rock that was used as a grinding stone.

The Arnold Farm Bed and Breakfast is very unique and cozy.  You will be sure to enjoy the tranquility of the house and it's surroundings over an early morning cup of coffee or a peaceful evening on the porch as the sun sets across the mountain tops.
